MastIT Group completes its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Stavre Mobile Service AB (SMS), following the signing of a binding share purchase agreement with Stavre Holding AB and receipt of all required regulatory approvals. The transaction closed as planned on June 1, 2026.
With the acquisition now finalized, Stavre Mobile Service AB becomes part of MastIT Group, further strengthening MastIT Group’s capabilities within service, maintenance, and installation of mobile and mission-critical infrastructure across Sweden. The addition of SMS enhances MastIT Group’s technical expertise and establishes a stronger operational presence in northern Sweden, supporting the growing demand for connectivity, critical communications networks, and mobile 5G infrastructure.

As part of the transaction, Stavre Holding AB will become a long-term shareholder in MastIT Group through the reinvestment of a portion of the purchase consideration, reflecting a shared commitment to the Group’s future growth and development.
