NEWS: MW Group’s telecom operations are now part of MastIT Group – growing across the Nordics

MastIT Group has completed the acquisition of MW Group’s telecom operations within MW Field Services in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. As of today, the operations – with background in 3GNS – are part of the Group under the name MastIT Field Services. MastIT Group moves from being mainly a Swedish player to a Nordic installation- and delivery platform for mobile infrastructure and data centers.

What we gain together in MastIT Group

Following the acquisition, MastIT Group has approximately 140 own employed specialists and technicians in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, of whom approximately 70 join through the acquired operations. In total, more than 200 FTE work on the Group’s projects across the Nordics.

Experienced teams with legacy in 3GNS
The acquired operations originate from 3GNS (Third Generation Network Services), which for many years has built and maintained mobile networks through every technology shift – from 3G to 5G. Key people from the original 3GNS organisation continue to play a central role and bring extensive experience of roll-out, installation, service, maintenance and data centers.

Continuity for customers
For customers, this means continuity: the same teams and contacts as before – now backed by MastIT Group’s combined resources and round-the-clock readiness, every day of the year. Existing agreements continue unchanged. The acquired companies have changed their names to MastIT Field Services AB, MastIT Denmark ApS and MastIT Norway AS respectively.
